A brutal serial killer known as Cupid terrorized Miami two years ago, torturing and killing eleven young women. Police made an arrest and Sociopath William Bantling was put on death row. Now three policemen that worked on the Cupid case are found dead and mutilated. Assistant State Attorney C J Townsend who put William Bantling on death's row has a secret that she shared with the three dead policemen.
