Murder on the Orient Express

•Eh oui, encore un Agatha Christie comme je vous l’avais dit 😂 Pour celui-ci j’ai eu un peu plus de mal à rentrer dedans. Je pense parce que j’étais encore dans Hallowe’en Party. Mais bien évidemment que ça ne sera pas là même chose. Donc une fois sorti de cet univers, j’ai pu pleinement entrer dans celui-ci et l’apprécier. •J’ai eu un peu plus de mal avec la plume au début, je ne sais pas vraiment pourquoi. Peut-être à cause de ce que je viens de vous dire mais en tout cas après ça a été mieux. Sinon, comme l’autre livre, il y a forcément certains passages ou mots que je ne comprends pas mais dans l’ensemble ça reste compréhensible. Et la fin… !! 😭 •Sinon, il y a quelques petits plus dans ce livre : *Le fait que le livre soit divisé en partie et forcément chaque partie avec des chapitres *Et le fameux plan de l’orient express ! J’ai d’ailleurs appris qu’il y avait une adaptation cinématographique de ce livre alors pourquoi pas bientôt la regarder 🤗

So to start off, the first few chapters were harder to read as i am not accustomed to the type of English used in the book but after a few chapters i read the book with ease although there were some parts that were a bit confusing and that i had to reread. As of the book's story well i think it's one of the best books I've ever read. It's interesting and never gets bored at any part. The thing i liked the most is in fact the main character, Hercule Poirot. He was funny and smart at the same time and i found that i can connect with him quite a lot. I am glad he wasn't a boring detective but rather a more fun one. But i think the biggest thing that shocked me was definitely the plot twist at the end of the book. I would have never imagined such an ending, though i did try to solve the murder in my head i would never come up with such a solution. Overall the book is a masterpiece in my eyes and i would recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good classic book to read and i will be looking into more of Agatha Christie's books to read in the future. 😊😊
